My suspicion grew even more when the Children of The Sun started making you do stuff, and that you quickly climbed the ranks.

I had a suspicion about how the game would end a fewe hours into the game. Yes, the following is canon to Dying Light. Or that Jurrasic Park: Lost World isnt canon to Jurrasic Park, or LoTR The Two Towers isnt canon to The Fellowship of the Ring etc etc. It's like saying Star Wars Episode 5 isnt canon to Episode 4, because it takes place after Ep 4. You dont think it's canon when it's made by the same people that made the base game? im not sure if the following is actually canon though, if it takes place after the story then camden would have already started curing everybody. #VOLATILE DYING LIGHT SERIES#

I'm really looking forward to DL2, but I guess I'm in the minority that wasn't upset when Kyle didn't cure the virus and end the series dead in its tracks.yeah kyle isnt that great of a main character anyway (hes not dead yet though).

The nuke ending is non-canonical, no doubt in my mind. I feel like too many people these days are so used to the "good guy always wins" trope, even Rais said all Kyle does was follow orders, and the one time you choose not to listen, you unleash zombie hell on the rest of the world. It's the zombie freaking apocalypse in harran, and people honestly expected kyle to win in the end? Kyle is going to be an amazing "Night Father" in Dying Light 2. Kyle becoming the uber volatile as a lead up to dying light 2 (obvious canonical ending) was a good choice. Originally posted by Gravedigger:Ending spoilers, read at own risk.
